Terms and Conditions
Minimum order for deliveries is - £150. Minimum order for invoiced collected orders is - £75.
Delivery areas are -
North and Mid Wales, Herefordshire, Shropshire, West Midlands and Gloucestershire (part of).
We do reserve the right to reconsider minimum delivery values to what WE consider remote areas.
V.A.T is charged at 17.5%, however 'Womens Hygiene', is charged at 5%.
We ask for orders to be placed 7 working days prior to delivery.
Payment is cash/cheque on delivery. Cheques made payable to 'Survival Wholefoods Ltd'.
Please write you're invoice number on the back of the cheque.
All goods remaining the property of Survival Wholefoods until paid for in full.
Please check and sign for delivery, all claims must be made within 2 working of receipt of delivery. Goods ordered in error cannot be returned.
We ask not to alter your invoice. We must reserve the right to alter prices without notice, but changes are by policy, kept to a minimum.
As mentioned before, we do split cases, once split, these items are subject to a 20% surcharge.
We do offer discounts and are as follows:-
Orders £300.00 - £500.00 - 3% discount
Orders £500.00 - £800.00 - 4% discount
Orders over £800.00 - 5% discount
Orders of £2,000.00 upwards are negotiable!
Orders of £10,000.00 upwards and we go somewhere nice and celebrate!!
